



To lead on twice monthly Developing Player Programme (DPP) sessions & festivals annually on behalf and in support of Sale Sharks Academy.after school coaching, in school coaching, club coach development visits, residential/non-residential rugby camps. Plan, deliver and lead where appropriate with coaching sessions to meet the needs of a variety of programme aims – e.g.Assist with the design, implementation and management of all rugby development programmes.Taking ownership and continuous support of our schools, coach development, Sale Sharks Academy Developing Player Programme (DPP) and rugby camps programmes.Engage with clubs and other key community partners in line with the Sharks Community Trust business strategy and objectives set by the Community Manager.

As a result, Sharks Community Trust is looking to recruit a fulltime Community Rugby Coach to play a vital role in the growth and development of existing programmes. With a growing portfolio of match days, schools’ programmes, coach development, Developing Player Programme (DPP) and rugby development camps, the next few seasons are one of unprecedented opportunity for the community department of the club.
